Title: Test Procedures for Consumer Refrigerators, Refrigerator-Freezers, and Freezers 
Abstract:

This action seeks to determine whether to revise test procedures for consumer refrigerators, refrigerator-freezers, and freezers consistent with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA), as amended.  As a result of this proceeding, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) may propose and amend the test procedure for these products or issue a determination that no amendments to the current test procedures are required.
