Title: Test Procedure for General Service Fluorescent Lamps, General Service Incandescent Lamps, and Incandescent Reflector Lamps 
Abstract:

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is initiating a rulemaking to consider whether to revise test procedures for general service fluorescent lamps, general service incandescent lamps, and incandescent reflector lamps consistent with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA), as amended.  As a result of this proceeding, DOE may propose and amend the test procedures for these products or issue a determination that no amendments to the current test procedures are required.
