Title: ●Response to Petition for Rulemaking: Test Procedure for Commercial and Industrial Fans 
Abstract:

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is evaluating a petition for rulemaking that requests that DOE adopt a specific, draft industry test procedure for commercial and industrial fans. Commercial and industrial fans are currently not covered equipment. DOE would have to finalize a coverage determination before beginning a test procedure rulemaking.
