Title: Nuclear Safety Management 
Abstract:

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is considering amendments to DOE's regulations on nuclear safety management at 10 CFR part 830. The proposed changes include amendments to the provisions on hazard categorization, the methodology for Unreviewed Safety Questions and DOE approval requirements, the approval process for changes to Documented Safety Analyses, and the regulatory treatment of Hazard Category 3 nuclear facilities.
