Title: Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program; Inflationary Adjustment 
Abstract: This rulemaking would adjust for inflation the maximum average annual gross receipts for a disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) to be considered a small business concern as defined in the FAST Act. It will also clarify how the Department adjusts the threshold.
