Abstract:

This rulemaking would codify the Fatigue Risk Management program. The statutory mandate is to improve flightcrew member fatigue by requiring that each air carrier conducting operations under part 121 must develop, submit, maintain, update, and comply with its FAA-accepted fatigue risk management program.
