Abstract:
After publishing an Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) asking how our citizenship procedures may be improved to reduce any regulatory burden and associated costs of compliance, MARAD is developing a proposed rule to align with practices of other agencies and to simplify filing. |
