Title: Use of Federal Properties to Assist the Homeless (FR-6119) 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would update HUD’s 24 CFR part 581 on use of Federal properties to assist the homeless pursuant to the Federal Assets Sale and Transfer Act of 2016, Public Law 114-287, and would make other clarifications. HUD is collaborating with the General Services Administration and Department of Health and Human Services to ensure consistency across agency regulations.
