Abstract:
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("Commission”) proposed to make a correction to one of the Commission’s regulations to restore provisions that mirror the detailed requirements of section 501 of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. Those provisions were inadvertently deleted in a 2011 amendment to that regulation. |
