Abstract:

Building on the work began in RIN 3046-AB00 with a request for comments on potential changes to the federal sector complaint process in a July 2012 ANPRM, this rulemaking seeks to implement changes to the federal sector complaint process to increase its efficiency, accuracy, and fairness.
