Title: Office of Special Counsel Supplemental Standards of Ethical Conduct Regulations Issued Jointly With the Concurrence of the Office of Government Ethics 
Abstract:

The Office of Special Counsel (OSC), with the concurrence of the Office of Government Ethics (OGE), plans to issue a proposed regulation for OSC employees that supplements the executive branch-wide Standards of Ethical Conduct issued by OGE. The supplemental regulation requires OSC employees to obtain approval before engaging in an outside activity or employment.
