Title: Update of Statistical Disclosures for Bank and Savings and Loan Registrants  
Abstract:

The Division is considering recommending that the Commission adopt rules to update the disclosure requirements for banking and savings and loan registrants.  Those registrants currently provide statistical and other disclosures pursuant to Industry Guide 3, which sets forth the disclosures typically sought by Division staff in reviewing filings by bank holding companies.
