Title: Amendments to the Commission's Rules of Practice 
Abstract:

The Commission proposed amendments to its Rules of Practice to require persons involved in administrative proceedings to submit all documents and other items electronically.  The Commission currently is developing a comprehensive Internet-based electronic system that would, among other things, allow participants in administrative proceedings to file and serve papers electronically and facilitate the prompt distribution of public information regarding administrative proceedings.
