Title: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR); FAR Case 2019-004, Good Faith in Small Business Subcontracting | |
Abstract:
DoD, GSA, and NASA are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement section 1821 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for FY 2017 and the Small Business Administration regulatory changes relating to small business subcontracting plans. Section 1821 requires examples of activities that would be considered a failure to make a good faith effort to comply with small business subcontracting plan requirements. |
