Title: United States Agency for International Development Acquisition Regulation (AIDAR): Incorporating a New Agency Clause Entitled: Digital Collection and Submission of Information to USAID
Abstract:

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) seeks public comment on a proposed rule that would incorporate a new clause entitled, "Digital Collection and Submission of Information to USAID" into the USAID Acquisition Regulation (AIDAR).  Under current protocols, USAID's implementing partners must submit digital information to the Agency under multiple award requirements by using several different information-management portals.  The new rule would reduce the burden on our implementing partners, increase efficiency, and improve the use of data by consolidating these requirements into a single AIDAR clause.  In tandem with this rule, USAID also intends to reduce the total number of information portals through which partners must submit information to USAID.
