The USDA Farm Production and Conservation Service mission area will propose to revise and consolidate the Farm Service Agency, Commodity Credit Corporation, and Natural Resources Conservation Service environmental compliance regulations in response to the September 2020 changes to the Council on Environmental Policy's National Environmental Policy Act regulations.
