Title: ●Revolving Funds for Financing Water and Wastewater Projects (Revolving Fund Program)
Abstract: The Revolving Fund Program (7 CFR 1783) helps qualified nonprofits create revolving loan funds that can provide financing to extend and improve water and waste disposal systems in rural areas. Section 6403 of the The Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill) amended the amount allowed for total project costs. The revision to 7 CFR 1783 will amend 1783.15(a)(3) from Shall not exceed the lesser of $100,000 or 75 Percent of the total cost of a project...." with Shall not exceed the lesser of $200,000 or 75 percent ...."
