Title: ●Revisions to National Environmental Policy Act Implementing Regulations 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would revise APHIS' National Environmental Policy Act Implementing Procedures (7 CFR part 372) to ensure consistency with the recent "Update to the Regulations Implementing the Procedural Provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act' final rule (85 FR 43304-43376). These updates from the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) govern all Federal NEPA actions.
