Title: Proposed Amendments to the National List of Allowed and Prohibited Substances for April 2019 NOSB Recommendations (Livestock and Handling) 
Abstract:

This action would make three changes to the National List of Allowed and Prohibited Substances (National List) based on recommendations that the National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) submitted to the Secretary. The National List is a list of substances that can be used in organic farming, handling and processing.
