Title: Fees for Supervision of Official Inspection and Weighing Services Performed by Delegated States and/or Designated Agencies and Miscellaneous Fees for Other Services 
Abstract:

This action proposes establishing a standardized formula model for U.S. Grain Standards Act supervision fee adjustments. This will not be a new fee but only a revision in the formula. This will allow the fee and or user fee account to be in alignment with other AMS and FGIS user fee accounts, such as providing for an annual review of the operating reserve. AMS would publish in the Federal Register annually to notify the public of the fee adjustments and then post the updated fees on the AMS website.
