Title: Simplifying Meal Service and Monitoring Requirements in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs 
Abstract:

This rule will implement targeted flexibilities and regulatory changes to simplify meal pattern and monitoring requirements in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs. Most of the operational flexibilities implemented in this rule will be optional and primarily intended for States or local operators experiencing challenges with specific requirements.
