In accordance with Executive Order 13795, this Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking seeks input on what changes could be made to NOAA's Coastal Zone Management Act regulations to make the consistency process more efficient across all stages of outer continental shelf oil and gas projects from leasing to development. |
