Title: Amendment 10 to the Dolphin and Wahoo Fishery Management Plan; Removal of Operator Permits for the Dolphin and Wahoo Fishery off the Atlantic States 
Abstract:

The South Atlantic Fishery Management Council may recommend the removal of requirements for operator permits for the Dolphin and Wahoo Fishery off the Atlantic States as they are not being used for enforcement purposes. The removal would reduce the burden to permit holders associated with annual renewal requirements. This proposed action would implement that recommendation.
