Title: ●Fee Reductions for Prizes and Awards in Agency Competitions 
Abstract:

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (Office or USPTO) amends its rules to provide for the availability of fee reductions for certain awards in Agency Competitions. Specifically, the rule would provide the Director the authority to reduce specific ex parte fees, including reducing the fee to no cost, as part of a prize awarded in an Agency competition.
