Title: Amendments to the Export Administration Regulations: Corrections and Clarifications 
Abstract:

In this rule, the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to correct several inadvertent omissions, which include duplicative section references, and obsolete footnotes and provisions as a result of the publication of certain amendments to the EAR. This rule also makes several clarifications to ensure consistency and accuracy in EAR provisions with regard to the term published in the EAR.
