Title: ●Amendment to Country Groups for Ukraine, Mexico and Cyprus Under the Export Administration Regulations 
Abstract:

In this rule, the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to revise the Country Group designations for Ukraine. BIS takes this action to reaffirm recognition of the Government of Ukraine’s continuing engagement with regional and international export control authorities, which serves U.S. foreign policy and national security interests. Specifically, in this rule, BIS removes Ukraine from Country Group D and places that country in Country Group B.
