Abstract:

This action removes a Department of the Army rule last revised on December 27, 1951 (16 FR 12931), which provides internal policy guidance to chaplains acting in the scope of official federal government employment. Current guidance is available at https://armypubs.army.mil/ProductMaps/PubForm/AR.aspx . This removal supports a recommendation from the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
