Abstract:

 

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to revise contract financing policies for DoD contracts, in order to increase the Department's overall effectiveness and efficiency or find other ways to incentivize improved contractor performance.
