Title: Modification of DFARS Clause "Special Definitions of Government Property" (DFARS Case 2019-D014) 
Abstract:

DoD is issuing a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to modify the clause at DFARS 252.237-7018, Special Definition of Government Property, to update its reference to Government-furnished property clauses to the currently used term Government property clauses. The modification of this DFARS clause supports a recommendation from the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
