Abstract:
32 CFR part 159 was last updated August 11, 2011 (76 FR 49655). This rule action will propose administrative updates and clarifications to PSCs performing private security functions under a covered contract during contingency operations, humanitarian/peace operations, or other military operations/exercises. This proposed rule will not impose any new requirements on the public. |
