Title: Coal Workers' Surveillance Program Autopsy Payments 
Abstract:

This rulemaking amends existing regulatory text to allow the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) to compensate pathologists who perform autopsies on coal miners, at a contemporary rate, on a discretionary basis as needed for public health purposes. CDC will pursue a separate rulemaking regarding de-certification of B Readers.
