Abstract:
The CARES Act ammended the statute under which 42 CFR part 2 is promulgated and requires the Department in many ways to align that regulation with the HIPAA privacy rule. By this rulemaking, the Department will make changes to part 2 and possibly the Privacy rule in order to implement this statutory change. |
