Abstract:

This NPRM will propose to establish an exempt system of records. The associated Anti-Fraud System of Records Notice includes new routine use that permits disclosure to local, State, and Federal law enforcement agencies, when OIG declines to investigate or prosecute criminal violations of the Social Security Act.
