Title: ●Enumeration Expansion of Service Delivery Channels  
Abstract:

This regulation is a strategy the agency is exploring in an effort to expand our service delivery channels to the public, our automated and online services, and reduce traffic in our field offices. Although the current global pandemic (COVID-19) has highlighted the agency’s need to continue to enhance operational flexibilities and expand online services where appropriate, our intention is to make these changes permanent, as to allow for additional service delivery channels that will meet the goals of efficiency, accessibility, and public safety.
