Abstract:

HHS will implement OMB rules published on Aug. 13, 2020, at 2 CFR parts 25, 177, 183 and 200, provisions of which were effective immediately upon publication with the remaining provisions effective within 90 days of publication. This will amend 45 CFR part 75, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for HHS Awards.
