Title: Resource Management Planning 
Abstract:

The proposed rule would revise the Bureau of Land Management’s (BLM) resource management planning regulations to streamline and clarify land use planning processes and improve coordination among Federal, State, and local government entities. The proposed rule would also streamline the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) analyses of the effects of implementing resource management plan (RMP) revisions and amendments.
