Title: Implementing the Alaska Native Vietnam Era Veterans Land Allotment Section of the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act  
Abstract:

Recently passed legislation directs the Department of the Interior, through the Bureau of Land Management, to promulgate rules for implementing section 1119 of the John D. Dingell Act. The legislation directs the promulgation of rules to allow for Native veterans to apply for up to 160 acres of land in areas that the statute describes as available for selection.
