Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of the Tidewater Goby 
Abstract:

We are reassessing the listing status of the tidewater goby (Eucyclogobius newberryi), which is currently listed as endangered under the Endangered Species Act. Our revised proposed determination will be based on the best available information as of the time of publication.  Based on our reassessment, we may propose to downlist or delist the species, unless we determine no change in its status is warranted.  The tidewater goby is found in California.
