Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of the Furbish's Lousewort | |
Abstract:
The latest 5-year review for the Furbish's lousewort (Pedicularis furbishiae) recommends downlisting the species from an endangered to a threatened species. Accordingly, we are reassessing the listing status of this species under the Endangered Species Act. Our proposed determination will be based on the best available information as of the time of publication. Based on our assessment, we may propose to downlist or delist the species, unless we determine no change in its status is warranted. The Furbish's lousewort is a plant found in Maine. |
