Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of the Blackburn's Sphinx Moth
Abstract:

We are reassessing the listing status of the Blackburn’s sphinx moth (Manduca blackburni), which is currently listed as endangered under the Endangered Species Act. Our proposed determination will be based on the best available information as of the time of publication. Based on this status review, we may propose to downlist or delist the species, unless we determine no change in its status is warranted. The Blackburn’s sphinx moth is found in Hawaii.
