Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for the Ouachita Fanshell and the Western Fanshell 
Abstract:

We will make a listing determination for two mussels, the Ouachita fanshell (Cyprogenia cf. aberti) and the western fanshell (Cyprogenia aberti), under the Endangered Species Act. The Ouachita fanshell is found in Arkansas, and the western fanshell is found in Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Oklahoma. We will also propose to designate critical habitat for the species, if prudent and determinable.
