Title: Implementation of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 | |
Abstract:
DEA is amending its regulations to implement the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, Public Law 115-334, specifically by amending the definitions of hemp and marihuana, and the listings of tetrahydrocannabinols. This rule will conform DEA’s regulations to the statutory amendments to the Controlled Substances Act that have already taken effect, and will not add additional requirements to the regulations. |
