Abstract:
The Department of Justice ("DOJ" or the "Department") proposes to amend its regulations to clarify what actions by a nonpermanent resident alien will constitute a break in the alien’s continuous physical presence in the United States and thus render an alien ineligible for discretionary cancellation of removal under section 240A(b)(1) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ("INA"). |
