Abstract: The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau is proposing to amend its regulations to incorporate procedures for removals of tobacco products without payment of tax for delivery to a customs bonded warehouse (CBW), including products delivered to a Class 9 CBW (duty free store) for diplomatic sales.
