Title: Activities and Operations of National Banks and Federal Savings Associations 
Abstract:

The OCC is planning to issue final rule on changes to subparts A-D to 12 CFR part 7, Activities and Operations.  This rulemaking will clarify and codify recent OCC interpretations, integrate certain regulations for national banks and Federal savings associations, update or eliminate outdated regulatory requirements that no longer reflect the modern financial system, and make technical changes.
