Title: ●Community Reinvestment Act Regulations (CRA Benchmarks) 
Abstract:

The OCC is proposing an approach the agency will use to set the benchmarks, thresholds, and minimums introduced in the June 2020 Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) final rule. The OCC will also describe and seek comment on an information collection survey the agency will separately distribute to banks subject to the general performance CRA standards in order to collect the data necessary to set the benchmarks, thresholds, and minimums under the CRA final rule.
