Title: Period of Admission and Extension Stay for Temporary Visitors to the United States for Business or Pleasure | |
Abstract:
This is a proposal to amend the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) regulations pertaining to nonimmigrants admitted to the United States as temporary visitors for business (B-1) or pleasure (B-2). The proposed amendments would modify the period of admission and extensions of stay for such visitors. The purpose of this rule is to better align the admission/extension period for these visitors with the requirements set forth in the Immigration & Nationality Act. |
