Abstract:
Pursuant to Executive Order 13936 issued July 14, 2020, entitled "The President’s Executive Order on Hong Kong Normalization," this rule amends DHS regulations to remove Hong Kong Special Administrative Region from the list of eligible countries and geographic areas whose travelers are eligible to participate in the Guam-CNMI Visa Waiver Program. |
