Title: Test Procedures for Traffic Signal Modules and Pedestrian Modules 
Abstract:

The Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA), as amended by the Energy Policy Act of 2005 and the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007, requires the Secretary to update test procedures for traffic signals and pedestrian modules to reflect any technological advances in this equipment and to accurately represent the energy consumption of this equipment.
