Title: Test Procedure for Consumer Boilers | |
Abstract:
Consistent with the requirements under the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA), as amended, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is examining whether to amend the current test procedure in place for consumer boilers found at 10 CFR part 430, subpart B, appendix N. As a result of this effort, DOE may propose and amend the test procedures for this product, or issue a determination that no amendments to the current test procedures are required. Once completed, this rulemaking will fulfill DOE’s statutory obligation to either propose amended test procedures for this product or determine that the existing test procedures do not need to be amended. |
